Rush 13G Blue Hawks Win August Cup

Congratulations to the Maryland Rush 13G Blue Hawks on winning the top bracket at the 2023 August Cup! The girls opened the tournament on Saturday morning with a convincing 8-0 win against LMVSC Patriots 13G White. In the afternoon, the squad posted a 3-0 win against Fever SC 13G Academy. The two convincing wins on Saturday propelled the Blue Hawks to the top of the table, advancing them directly to the championship match on Sunday afternoon.

In the championship match, the girls faced a familiar foe, the same Fever SC 13G Academy squad they previously played Saturday afternoon. The Blue Hawks, however, were hungry for victory, and came away with a 1-0 win to bring home the championship.
