Maryland Rush 2012 Boys Finalists in the PSC Classic

November 21, 2021. Annapolis, MD.  The Maryland Rush 2012 Boys were Finalists at the Pasadena Soccer Classic over the weekend in Pasadena, MD.

Playing in their first tournament as a new team, the Maryland Rush 2012 Boys competed well in the Premier flight of the PSC Classic in Pasadena, MD. This was coach Kevin Streete's teams first ever tournament, having formed this team just last summer.

Playing twice on Saturday, November 20th, the boys defeated the PSC Union by a score of 2-1 and drew 4-4 with Maryland United FC Boys Academy White.

On Sunday, November 21st, the boys suffered their first defeat of the tournament, 3-7 to Broadneck Black.

They would still advance to the final to once again play, Broadneck Black in the Championship Game and would fall again, but in a much closer game by a score of 1-3, making them Finalists.

Maryland Rush is extremely proud of the development of this young group of boys in a very short amount of time. It takes a true collaboration between the players, coach, parents and club in order for that to occur.

Well Done to each and every player as well as Coach Kevin Streete!
