Please click the above link to register and pay as a player/coach/manager for the 2012/2013 soccer season. You should only register if you have made a team.

Any player not registered and paid by July 31, 2012, a late fee of $25 will be charged at the time of registration.

Refunds of registration fees will be issued in accordance with the following guidelines:

A)Medical Refund. A full refund, will be issued if a player is unable to participate for medical reasons prior to the season. To qualify for a medical refund, a note from a physician stating that the player should not participate in soccer must be submitted with the refund request.

B)Placement Failure Refund. A full refund, including any late fee, will be issued if the Club is unable to place the player on a team. Placement Failure Refunds result when a player is unable to participate in Club sponsored soccer due to a lack of available space.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing. REFUND REQUESTS RECEIVED AFTER AUGUST 31ST WILL NOT BE HONORED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. Refund requests must include the player’s name, the parent/guardian’s name, a contact telephone number and an explanation for the request. All refund requests will be processed after September 1st and will be mailed to the address listed on the player’s registration form.
